This package is a step up and will work for you if you want the benefits of the Supported-Plus package as well as the ability to call on candid for more substantial help in a way which offers flexibility combined with cost certainty.

As well as giving you everything covered by the Supported-Plus package, as a Protected client you also have flexible access to up to 40 hours of additional candid support throughout the year, covering anything described on our can do page – a bit like having your own in-house commercial / legal team on stand-by for the things which can’t be solved as a quick question.

(Of course, if you need more support beyond those 40 hours, you can top up using the Freestyle option – with the 10% discount included in this package.)

In order to maintain a high level of service and flexible support for all Protected clients, only a limited number of clients can be accepted for this package at any given time.

​

The Protected package is available for £395 plus VAT per month (minimum term of 12 months), or a discounted single annual payment of £4,650 plus VAT.
