If none of the fixed-price packages really do what you need, or if you ever need to top up those packages, you have the option of going Freestyle.

The costs of Freestyle support will, by definition, depend very much on what you need – but the principles will always be the same:

​

• Wherever we can agree a sufficiently clear scope of work between us, you will be offered a fixed fee

​

• Where we can’t, the uncertain bit of the scope of work will be charged at a clear day or half-day rate

​

• Volume discounts will be applied where relevant

​

• If your budget won’t cover what you’ve asked for, we will work with you to refine the scope of work to suit your budget
