Every organisation is different – but one thing almost all have in common is the need for costs certainty. The costs of support will, by definition, depend very much on what you need – but the principles will always be the same:
Wherever we can agree a sufficiently clear scope of work between us, you will be offered a fixed fee.
Where we can’t, the uncertain bit of the scope of work will be charged at a clear day or half-day rate.
Volume discounts will be applied where relevant.
If your budget won’t cover what you’ve asked for, we will work with you to refine the scope of work to suit your budget.
