The Supported package gives you unlimited access to our very special set of contracts (which we’re regularly adding to and updating), to use as many times as you like for the duration of the package.

You also have full access to the supporting guidance which helps you understand which contract to use when, offers you practical tips on how to address the more common negotiation points, and provides further guidance and clarity about what each contract covers.

​

In addition, you have the option of an annual review meeting with us, where we discuss your wider business, how the contracts are working for you (including anything you might want to see changed or tailored for you), and basically anything else you think a commercial and legal specialist might be able to help you with.

Finally, just for being a Supported client, you get a 10% discount on any additional work we do for you under the Freestyle option.

All of the above is available for an annual fee of £450 plus VAT (or £41.25 plus VAT as a monthly payment, minimum term of 6 months).

This package gives you everything the Supported package covers, with one really powerful addition: the ability to get candid’s help with an unlimited number of quick questions.  A “quick question” is one which is stand-alone (i.e. is separate to anything you’ve previously asked) and takes less than 15 minutes to ask and answer.  It can be on anything covered by candid – see the can do page for more details – not just contracts stuff.

The all-in price for this package is an annual fee of £750 plus VAT (or £66.25 plus VAT as a monthly payment, minimum term of 6 months).
